School Leadership Across Context centers voices and experiences of students and keeps them as the focus of leadership in schools. SLAC is grounded in notions of equity, justice, and decolonial praxis.
Researchers, scholars and practitioners at SLAC seek to disrupt leadership practices and policies in schools which uphold the status quo and perpetuate inequities. SLAC is committed to creating more equitable, culturally responsive, socially just schools grounded in critical leadership praxis.
